Janette Hill & Co. Solicitors main staff:

• Janette Hill - Cambridge University BA in Law, MA in Law, Master of Philosophy in Criminology, Fellowship of APIL, Panel Member of the SRA Personal Injury Panel.
  Janette Hill & Co was started by the Senior Partner, Janette Hill in 2003, after she decided to enrich her life by moving permanently to Hay on Wye, and to work for herself. Her goals for the practice were to provide a first rate medico legal service to clients who needed support, reassurance, and rehabilitation and not solely financial compensation, something which the practice prides itself on delivering.
  

• Demelza Pallant - LLB (Hons),LPC, Member of APIL.
  Demelza Pallant joined the team as an assistant solicitor, and is now a senior solicitor in the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Demelza worked at a large national practice in Gloucester, and has brought with her a welcome enthusiasm and sense of humour.

• Gary Davidson
  Gary joined Janette Hill and Co in January 2009. He originally qualified as a legal executive before studying to become a solicitor, which he became in 1994. He has extensive experience of Personal Injury cases, including disease work since specialising in 1983. He is a keen golfer and Chelsea fan, who enjoys playing squash and reading.

• Judith Morlidge - Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Litigator Member APIL
  Judith Morlidge is the longest serving member of the practice, having moved from the field of accountancy to law and dealing with over 300 personal injury cases successfully. She is married with two children.

• Martin Punter
  Martin joined Janette Hill & Co in October 2010. He recently moved back to the UK from Jersey where he worked in Family and Criminal Law. Since 2007 Martin has specialised in Personal Injury Law, in particular road traffic accidents. He owns a smallholding and keeps pigs, sheep and chickens on a small scale. He also enjoys cooking, reading and country walks.

• Richard McKay
  Richard McKay has been a member of the Institute of Legal Executives for over 20 years, with a grounding in general litigation and debt collection before specialising in personal injury. He has joined Janette Hill and Co following work with another practice where he looked after claims including Road Traffic Accident (RTA), workplace accidents and disease, occupiers liability, slips and trips, criminal injuries and clinical negligence. He is a very young Grandad who loves music from the Moody Blues to Pendulum.
• Kasie Jenkins
  Kasie joined Janette Hill and Co in May 2010. Working initially to support the administration team, Kasie has shown thoroughness, understanding and empathy for clients. She now works as a Paralegal on cases involving Road Traffic Accidents and Occupiers Liability Injuries. Kasie lives locally to Hay on Wye and is married with two daughters.
